Plain-language terms for using Cueline.

Effective date: 2026-07-18. Operated by Buzz365Media. By creating an account or using the Cueline platform, you agree to these terms.

What the plan is (and isn't)

A Cueline plan is a planning estimate generated from your answers and admin-editable rules. It is not a proposal, quote, contract, or offer, and it creates no obligation for you or for any provider (including Buzz365Media). Prices and quantities will shift when real venues and real providers engage.

Provider matching

Buzz365Media operates the platform and may also appear as one of the providers you can send an RFP to. Matching rules are documented in How provider matching works and apply to every provider on the same terms.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information. Guessing is fine — the plan flags uncertainty — but do not intentionally misrepresent your event.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data, or extract other users' plans.
  • Do not use the platform to organise events that violate applicable law.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Our responsibilities

  • Keep your data private (see the Privacy Notice).
  • Disclose ownership and vendor-neutrality rules openly.
  • Never fabricate equipment, prices, capacities, or provider qualifications in the plan.
  • Give you export and deletion of your data on request.

Human review

The rules engine is deterministic and admin-editable, and AI is used only for translation and summarisation — never to invent facts. For complex, high-risk, or unusual events, we recommend requesting expert review from the plan reveal page.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as-is". We make no warranty that the plan will match the real quotes you receive. You are responsible for verifying prices, capacities, and provider qualifications before signing any contract.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we will notify signed-in users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
