Privacy notice
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we don't do with it.
Effective date: 2026-07-18. Operated by Buzz365Media. This notice describes the practices of the Cueline platform. It is a plain-language summary, not a legal contract — the Terms of Service are the binding document.
What we collect
- Assessment answers — the details you enter about your event.
- Account information — email address and password (hashed) if you sign up.
- Contact details you share with recipients — venue, provider, approver email addresses that you explicitly enter into the platform to send a plan, RFP, or venue-question form.
- Usage telemetry — anonymised, aggregate. Which pages loaded, whether server fns errored. No third-party analytics ad-network tracking.
What we don't collect
- Marketing consent by default. Marketing opt-in is a separate, unchecked checkbox at signup.
- Payment information (the MVP does not accept payments).
- Government IDs, biometrics, or precise location.
How your data is stored
- All data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + storage) with row-level security enforced server-side.
- Anonymous drafts sync to the cloud so you can pick up your plan on another device, but are visible only to the anonymous session that created them.
- Signed-in data is visible only to you and to Buzz365Media staff acting on a support request you initiated.
Who your data is shared with
- Nobody, unless you explicitly send a plan, RFP, or venue-question form to a recipient you name.
- We do not sell contact details or event details to providers or partners.
- We do not run advertising networks or third-party tracking on the platform.
Your rights
- Export: request a copy of every row associated with your account at privacy@buzz365media.com.
- Delete: request permanent deletion of your account and all associated rows at the same address. Data is deleted within 30 days.
- Correct: fix any field yourself from the dashboard or the assessment.
- Opt out of marketing: uncheck the marketing box in your profile at any time.
Cookies
We set only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your current draft. No tracking cookies. No third-party cookies.
