How provider matching works

Ownership disclosure

Cueline is operated by Buzz365Media. Buzz365Media is an audiovisual production company that may also appear in your plan as one of the providers you can send an RFP to. We disclose this openly, on every page, on shared plans, and on every RFP.

Rules that apply to every provider — including Buzz365Media

• Providers appear in your plan only when they match the requirements the rules engine derived from your answers.
• Match ordering is deterministic and disclosed. It is not weighted by paid placement, referral fees, or any Buzz365Media preference.
• The plan never presents any provider as "vetted", "recommended", or "verified" unless there is a specific, disclosed verification step behind that label.
• A provider (including Buzz365Media) can only see your event details after you affirmatively send them an RFP. There is no back-channel and no lead-sale.
• You can exclude any provider from your plan at any time — including Buzz365Media — without giving a reason.

What the plan is

A Cueline plan is a planning estimate, not a proposal, quote, or contract. Prices and quantities shift when real providers and real venues engage. We call this out wherever money appears in the plan.

What we don't do

• We don't accept paid ranking or sponsored placement in the plan.
• We don't sell your contact details or event details to providers.
• We don't scrape event listings, harvest contacts, or bypass CAPTCHAs.
• We don't route requests to Buzz365Media before offering non-affiliated providers.

Reporting a concern

If you believe matching has been unfair or a disclosure has been missed, please contact integrity@buzz365media.com. We treat these reports as a first-priority ticket.
